Travel

Recommended: travelling by car in groups (this is the cheapest option and allows greater mobility on site).

Individual travel:
Flights to Rimini, Rome, Pescara, etc., then train or bus to Porto San Giorgio.
From there we will try to arrange car transport to Santa Vittoria and Falerone.

If you want, I can also make a slightly more “international-university style” version (a bit smoother English for academic program pages).

Meals
Cooking facilities are available at the accommodations. There will be a few shared meals, but participants are generally responsible for arranging their own meals.

Falerone Art Colony (Faleronei Művésztelep) is a Hungarian-founded artists' colony, but it is not located in Hungary. It is located in Falerone, in the Marche region of central Italy, in the province of Fermo.

Since its founding in 2006, an increasing number of students from other art higher education institutions have also participated in the artists' colony program.

The operation of the artist colony is based on volunteer work. Our work is supported by the municipality of the city of Falerone, the Hungarian Academy of Arts, and the Department of Graphics, Form and Design at BME.
